Verbs ending in -umi

In the UFOSAT conlang there is a bunch of verbs made of two syllables and ending in -umi which are of frequent use.

They are:

bumi = to drink

cumi = to sleep

dumi = to have to, must

fumi = to do

gumi = to have, to have got, to possess

jumi = to cry, to weep

lumi = to wash

mumi = to eat

numi = to dream

pumi = to be able to, can

qumi = to walk

rumi = to speak

sumi = to be

tumi = to die

vumi = to want

xumi = to laugh

zumi = to run

brumi = to go

All of the above verbs can be shortened by dropping the central -um-.

So, for instance:

mi = mumi = to eat

qi = qumi = to walk
