Ordinal Numbers

In a previous post we have seen that in the UFOSAT conlang the main cardinal numbers are:

  • 0 = bak (zero)
  • 1 = cek (one)
  • 2 = dik (two)
  • 3 = fok (three)
  • 4 = guk (four)
  • 5 = jak (five)
  • 6 = kek (six)
  • 7 = lik (seven)
  • 8 = mok (eight)
  • 9 = nuk (nine)
  • 10 = pak (ten)
  • 100 = qek (a hundred)
  • 1,000 = rik (a thousand)
  • 1,000,000 = sok (one million)
  • 1,000,000,000 = tuk (one billion)
To get the corresponding ordinal numbers it is sufficient adding to them the adjective typical ending, i.e. ‘-a’. So we have:
  • ceka = first
  • dika = second
  • foka = third
  • guka = fourth
  • jaka = fifth
  • keka = sixth
  • lika = seventh
  • moka = eighth
  • nuka = ninth
  • paka = tenth
… and so on.
